PTX Performance Products Inc. is a subsidiary company 100% owned by the CMT Sourcing
Group Ltd. CMT is a Hong Kong based company and is a global trading company that manages
the sourcing, supply and delivery of consumer products. The main focus of CMT’s business is in
fashion apparel, but also provides sourcing services in fashion accessories, footwear, furniture,
floor covering, sporting goods and in display media. Established in 2001, CMT conducts its
centralized operations in Hong Kong and operates satellite offices in Guangzhou,
China and New Delhi, India.
